GST Registration
GST registration is the process of obtaining a unique Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) from the government, which enables a business to collect and pay GST on its taxable supplies. It is mandatory for businesses that meet certain criteria to register for GST.
Applicability
Businesses whose turnover exceeds Rs. 40 lakhs (Rs. 10 lakhs for special category states) in a financial year are required to register for GST. Businesses engaged in interstate trade or e-commerce transactions are also required to register for GST, regardless of their turnover.
How to register?

Once the application is submitted, the GST officer will verify the details and may ask for additional information or documents if required. Once the application is approved, the business will receive a unique GSTIN.
