
STEP 1- Accessing the taxspanner website
1.1: To begin, open your preferred web browser and go to www.taxspanner.com.

STEP 2- Logging into the Dashboard
2.1: Once you’re on the website, follow these steps to log in.
2.2: Click on the 'Login' button.
2.3: Register on the website by entering your details (if you are a new user).
2.4: If already registered, Enter your registered email address and password.
2.5: After logging in, you will be redirected to your dashboard.

STEP 3- Selecting services
3.1: On the dashboard, navigate to the Services section on the left corner.
3.2: Choose the service you require from the available options:
- (Manage ITR)
- (TDS Panel)
- (GST Panel)
3.3: Each service has two primary options:
- (Chat with Expert)
- (ITR vault)
3.4: To chat with a tax expert, select the Chat with Expert option on the left side.

STEP 4- Using Chat with expert feature
4.1: Once you select the chat with expert option, Choose the services you need in ITR
help chat.
4.2: After selecting the service, you will be assigned to a tax expert.

STEP 5- Uploading documents
5.1: After being assigned to a tax expert, you need to upload your documents.
5.2: Once uploaded, you can chat with the expert for further assistance.

STEP 6: Selecting another chat service
6.1: If you want to select another service, you have to type forward slash (/) and choose the new service you want to discuss.
6.2: After selecting another service, upload your documents and chat with the expert.

STEP 1: Using the WhatsApp Feature
1.1: You also have the option of chat with an expert on WhatsApp.
1.2: To do this, click on the WhatsApp icon in the top-right corner of the page.
1.3: After clicking on the WhatsApp icon, you will be redirected to WhatsApp.
1.4: Click Continue Chat to start chatting with a tax expert.
